Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Ngawi melalui Pramuka – Pandupreneur Masuk 15 Besar Kompetisi Inovasi Daerah dan Inovasi Teknologi Award di Bidang Ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur Dan Ikuti Seleksi Lebih Lanjut di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur.
Hal ini menjadi salah satu perwujudan pelaksanaan Visi Kabupaten Ngawi Semesta Berencana yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas, Pariwisata, pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Ngawi.
Utamanya dalam Penyadaran, pemberdayaan, dan pengembangan Kepemudaan tingkat kabupaten, wirausaha muda pemula, dan pemuda kader Kabupaten serta Pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi kepramukaan Tingkat Daerah Kabupaten, juga inovasi agar Pramuka sebagai ujung tombak kegiatan pemuda, yang lebih sering bersinergi dengan masyarakat utamanya pelajar, akan lebih tajam dalam kemandiriannya, utamanya pada sektor Peningkatan Perekonomian masyarakat.
Pramuka sebagai salah satu organisasi masyarakat pemuda, dibawah naungan DISPARPORA, berhasil masuk kedalam 15 Besar Kompetisi Inovasi dan Teknologi yang diinisiasi oleh Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur, pada hari Selasa 20 Juni 2023.
Disparpora melalui Pramuka Pandu Preneur bersaing ketat, dengan inovator yang berasal dari Kabupaten/kota lainnya dengan berbagai latar belakang kegiatan yang berbeda, dan merupakan satu satunya kategori dibidang Ekonomi Kemasyarakatan dari Kabupaten Ngawi yang masuk dalam seleksi tersebut.
Hal yang membanggakan, saat pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut pengujian kepada Disparpora Ngawi langsung dihadiri dan diuji oleh Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi (sebelumnya bernama Bapelitbang) Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Dr. Andriyanto, SH, M.Kes.
Kegiatan diawali dengan penjelasan singkat dari Kepala Disparpora Ngawi, yang diwakili oleh Kepala Bidang Kepemudaan, Satria Eka Widhiarsa, SE, M.Si, bahwa dalam rangka menindaklanjuti Peraturan Presiden Nomer 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Kewirausahaan Nasional tentang pentingnya sinergi dan kolaborasi semua pihak untuk percepatan pembangunan ekonomi termasuk juga yang dilakukan Disparpora bersama dengan Pramuka melalui Pandu Preneur.
Inovasi ini nantinya akan membuat PRAMUKA melalui PANDU PRENEUR bisa menjadi salah satu media peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat melalui Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mampu bersinergi dengan satuan kerja perangkat kerja yang lain, dan disemua bidang, seperti pendidikan, perekonomian, teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi publik, serta program penurunan tingkat kemiskinan menekan laju inflasi melalui kemandirian berusaha berbasis teknologi, tegasnya.
Setelah diadakan Paparan oleh 2 personil andalan Pramuka Kak Frins dan Kak Anne dari Kwarcab Ngawi, juga ditunjukkan produksi Pandureneur seperti olahan makanan, beras organik, juga kerajinan kayu dan batik yang merupakan hasil binaan Pramuka Pandu Preneur sebagai salah satu poin tujuan pembelajaran/edukasi kewirausahaan sejak dini kepada adik adik di tingkat dasar.
Kemudian dijelaskan inovasi pengolahan limbah sebagai langkah penyelamatan lingkungan menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat, juga dipaparkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pemasaran Pandu Preneur (Si Mansur) berbasis web, yang merupakan prototype yang disediakan Disparpora dalam upaya pengembangan market place yang menyediakan berbagai macam difernsiasi produk hasil Pandu preneur baik jasa, kerajinan serta, informasi kegiatan kepramukaan secara makro.
Dalam sesi diskusi tanya jawab yang dipimpin oleh Kepala BRIDA Provinsi Jawa Timur Andriyanto, menyampaikan apresiasi yang tinggi kepada Disparpora Ngawi, melalui Pramuka bahwa hal seperti ini bagus sebagai upaya membesarkan nama Pramuka, juga meningkatkan tingkat perekonomian masyarakat khususnya bagi anggota Pramuka, serta pendidikan kewirausahaan sejak dini, dan diharapkan kolaborasi bersama antar stakeholder untuk nantinya bisa mengembangkan potensi Pramuka melalui Pandupreneur kedalam standarisasi UMKM di Kabupaten Ngawi.
