Di dalam Gerakan Pramuka segala macam ketrampilan dan pengetahuan kepramukaan sangat dibutuhkan bagi peserta didik. Hal ini mutlak diperlukan untuk menghasilkan generasi yang tangguh dan siap untuk menggantikan para pendahulu mereka.
Serta mampu menjawab tantangan perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat dan penuh dengan berbagai kemajuan dan persaingan.
Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan motovasi mereka dalam memahami dan mengamalkan berbagi ilmu yang mereka miliki perlu diadakannya sebuah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendidikan guna melatih, mendidik, membina watak dan karakter anggota muda gerakan Pramuka agar mampu menjadi anggota Gerakan Pramuka yang berkualitas dan berdaya guna serta bermanfaat bagi dirinya sendiri dan orang lain, khususnya bagi perkembangan Gerakan Pramuka.
Guna mencapai prioritas dan arah kegiatan kaum muda tersebut, Kwartir Cabang Gerakan Pramuka Ngawi Dewan Kerja Cabang Ngawi akan mengadakan kegiatan bagi Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega, yaitu Raimuna Cabang Ngawi 2022.
