Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan Pola dan Mekanisme Pembinaan Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega

Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega merupakan kader utama pelanjut misi Gerakan Pramuka serta calon pembina dan pemimpin yang handal di masa depan sehingga dalam hal pola pembinaannya harus sesuai dengan perkembangan Gerakan Pramuka dan zaman.

Keputusan Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka No. 176 tahun 2013 tentang Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan Pola dan Mekanisme Pembinaan Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega ini merupakan penyempurna dari petunjuk sebelumnya.

Sebagaimana dijelaskan bahwa dengan berlakunya petunjuk ini, maka Keputusan Kwarnas Gerakan Pramuka Nomor 080 Tahun 1988 tentang Pola dan Mekanisme Pembinaan Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega telah dicabut.

Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan (Jukran) ini digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi kwartir, gugusdepan, dan satuan Gerakan Pramuka dalam melaksanakan pembinaan pramuka penegak dan pramuka pandega sejak ditetapkan di Jakarta 21 Oktober 2013.
