SIDOARJO — Musyawarah Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega Puteri Putera (Musppanitera) Luar Biasa Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Jawa Timur (Kwarda Jatim) di Pasuruan, 26-27 Januari 2019 lalu memutuskan Kak Moch. Shofwan Amrullah sebagai Ketua merangkap Anggota Dewan Kerja Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka (DKD) Jawa Timur Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) 2016-2020.
Pada pembukaan Rapat Kerja Daerah Kwarda Jatim yang diselenggarakan di Hotel Utami, Sidoarjo, Kamis (31/01/2019), para pengurus DKD PAW dilantik oleh Ketua Kwarda Jatim, Kak Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul).
Selain Kak Shofwan, Berikut ini adalah para pengurus DKD PAW masa bakti 2016-2020 yang dilantik,
