Dewan Kerja Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega merupakan wadah pembinaan dan pengembangan kaderisasi kepemimpinan sebagai bagian dan kwartir dalam mengelola program dan kegiatan Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega.

Berikut ini adalah Keputusan Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka (Kwarnas) No. 005 tahun 2017 tentang Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan Dewan Kerja Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega,

Petunjuk ini ditetapkan di Jakarta sejak 3 Januari 2017 dan sekaligus mencabut petunjuk yang lama yakni SK Kwarnas No. 217 tahun 2007.

Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan (Jukran) ini digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi kwartir dan jajaran Gerakan Pramuka dalam rangka terlaksananya kegiatan kaderisasi kepemimpinan bagi Pramuka Penegak dan Pramuka Pandega.
